Our Villa
A completely new villa standing on a magnificent land with around 400 MR build and a 24 m long “infinity” pool with an huge Jacuzzi ( 25 people to be seated) . the land is about 3300 m2. All facing the stunning views of the sea , Cap Ferrat, Cap d’ail , Èze Village can be seen from every part of the house.
The house was build using the best materials available in extremely high standard.

A huge 50 m2 space divided to a huge bedroom, a separate toilet and a very large bathroom.
A balcony facing the sea and the beautiful village of Eze in the south front of the bedroom and a stunning terrace to relax.

A stunning 24 meters “Infinity” pool With a Jacuzzi up to 25 people, all facing the stunning view of the sea, Cap Ferrat, Cap d’ail, Eze village can be seen from every part of the house.
Around the pool many sitting places and sun beds, two big tables where you can eat your brunch and listen to music controlled by an iPad.
